The Journal of Science Teachers’ Association of Nigerian (JSTAN) Lagos Chapter is a multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed open-access journal that serves as a platform for the dissemination of cutting-edge research articles in all areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education. The journal welcomes original empirical studies, theoretical contributions, and insightful essays exploring various aspects of STEM Education. The journal is currently accepting submissions for its maiden edition (Volume 1, Issue 1, 2024) from authors worldwide. We invite scholars, practitioners, and stakeholders to contribute and be part of the dialogue shaping the future of STEM education in Nigeria and beyond.

Guidelines for Submission of Articles

  • Title page: This contains the paper title in block letters and centralized, name(s) of authors, institutional affiliation, email address(s) and ORCID Number (if available). An Abstract of between 150 to 250 words (single-line spacing) should follow the title closely on this page and should be followed five keywords.
  • Manuscripts should be formatted as MS Word document using Times New Roman characters of the 12-point font size. It should be 1.5 line spacing
  • Article should not exceed 14 pages, inclusive of the title page and the reference list. The formats below should be followed:
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussions
  • Conclusion and Recommendations
  • References must be current using APA style 7th Edition.
